Tech and Tools:
Goeff Ogle on Finale

Geoff Ogle will present a Tech and Tools seminar on the music notation program Finale. This seminar will give you an opportunity to learn about Finale from someone using it rather than a company representative. Topics covered will include: document set-up, description of tools, part extraction, tricks of the trade for unique parts (i.e. rhythm section parts), and question and answers.

The SCA is proud to present its SCA Tech and Tools seminar series. These monthly seminars are devoted to the day-to-day tools used by working composers on their craft: harmony, software, gear, notation, production, orchestration, etc. Tech and Tools seminars are taught by working composers who share their techniques and experiences with you. The seminars are available to SCA members only, although non-members may join the SCA at the seminar.
