DAW Control – explore apps for remote control of Logic, DP, Ableton and other DAWs
Control your Template – unify articulation switching and other controllers for your sample libraries using Lemur or Touch OSC
Instruments – iOS device as an expressive synthesizer, sampler, beat machine etc
Processor – Guitar amp/fx emulations, filters, sample manglers
Portable studio – iOS device as a portable DAW sketchpad
Education/Reference – study scores, transcribe, practice ear training, check instrument ranges, etc.
Toolkit – metronome, tuner, notation, audio analyzer and other handy apps
Interfacing – how to connect your iOS device to the rest of your studio via MIDI, USB, OSC, WiFi, Audio.

This event will be presented by Brian Monroney, a composer and guitarist who has toured or recorded with artists including Tom Jones, Natalie Cole, Gloria Estefan and Barry Manilow. His compositions have been featured on TV shows such as The Big Bang Theory, Ellen, TMZ and Modern Marvels. Brian is a recent Seattle resident, originally from Denver (by way of Miami and Los Angeles). He holds a Bachelor of Music in Studio Music and Jazz from the University of Miami.
