Steve Turnidge is a general purpose local universe problem solver. A lifelong resident of Seattle, he has been involved in the active collision of art and technology for decades. A member of the synth pop band The UltraViolet Catastrophe in the 80s, founder of Northwest CyberArtists in the 90s, Weedshare music distribution in the 00’s, and author of two books on mastering in the 2010s… The first, Desktop Mastering, was a nuts and bolts view of mastering audio in the box. The second, Beyond Mastering, is for everyone seeking to master their lives, discussing physics and philosophy. He is now working on a third book – Beyond Performance. See more at arsdivina.com
