The Winds of Change Duo, consisting of Bobby Collins (Horn) and Cassie Fry (Piano), brings you into the music making through a fun and relaxed atmosphere and informative introductions. They perform all works by composers from underrepresented communities, delighting audiences around Washington State and introducing unique and rarely heard gems for Horn and Piano.
"Worlds Collide" was recently recorded and will be released as an album this Spring. It features pieces for Horn and Piano from BIPOC composers ranging from avant-garde to simply beautiful, and from solemn to playful. Our performance will also feature two arias, sung by Bobby.

Join Women in Film Seattle and Seattle Composers Alliance for a masterclass in how music and sound can assist in a film's storytelling — or even tell its own!
We will be joined by two pairs of experienced film directors and film composers who will additionally speak to their experience in collaborating with one another and the tips and tricks necessary to bring a project over the finish line.
Georgia Krause is an Emmy Award-winning documentary filmmaker telling empathetic stories set within elevated realities. Their work has premiered at DOC NYC, Defy Film Fest, South Texas Underground, and was awarded the Founder’s Choice at San Diego Environmental Film Festival.
Tara Forth (she/her) is a versatile composer, singer, multi-instrumentalist, voice actor, sound designer, foley artist and producer based in Seattle. Tara's work includes musical soundtracks for award-winning features and short films, custom commercial music, trailer scores, voiceover, audio repair, and music licensing.
Owen Andruchow is a Seattle based composer for indie film and games and audio designer at Khronmiere Entertainment. Story telling is the lens through which he views all creative endeavors, and is fascinated with the collaborative process of bringing them to life.
Chris Julian, originally from New York State, has been in Seattle since 2008. He’s worn many hats in the filmmaking world in that time, including editor, VFX artist, screenwriter, cinematographer, producer, and director, working in just about all genres and project lengths. Outside of filmmaking, he’s also a musician, songwriter, avid swimmer, swim instructor, and furniture designer.
